magic in action! we just happened to be in town for opening day of the Louisiana State Fair!!! great weather, free admission & dollar rides, no lines or crowds, what a fun day!!!

That sounds like one of those perfect days you just luck into. The Louisiana State Fair always has a way of bringing people together, especially when the weather and timing line up like that.
