Windmills are Cool and so many. Glad to know where you are and that you've gotten through the worst of the weather. Weather channel report 17 tornados in Iowa. Snowing in some mid, northern states, heavily. Where you headed after Kansas ? Hope to get a post card soon! LU all!!

I passed by numerous wind farms similar to this when I was traveling across Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle. On the subject of wind, something that caught my eye in the same region (and with particular concentration in Texas) was the way most of the trees had grown a deformed way; the branches and trunks always bent in the direction of the prevailing winds.
