Internships
Each year we are delighted to create & host applied internship intensives designed for college students, bioregionalists, gardeners, farmers & earth lovers interested in expanding their horizons & experience deeply intentional off-grid homestead living! The immersion experiences are skill & practice based & include hands-on experiential applications with less emphasis on social permaculture aspects imperative for building & living in community.
The intensives follows curriculum set forth by permaculture champion, Bill Mollison, with further inspiration from Starhawk's Golden Rabbit Ranch and Earth Activist Training. Internships include guests, field trips, group work, self-study time, community networking, & other activities!
We are always pleased to work with students, groups, and school programs for college or continuing education credits. Please email if you're interested in interning with Woodland Harvest.

Work Traders
We host work traders during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. The work is extremely varied and creative: gardening, natural building, cob, bamboo & rockwork, maintaining & upgrading energy & irrigation systems, wildcrafting, mapping & record-keeping, & all the varied tasks which compose a ‘simple’ lifestyle. Visit our Facebook or instagram pages to see recent projects completed with the help of work traders. Find us HelpX, Breakaway and WorkAway.

DIY Skill Shares - Workshops - Other Offerings
We host workshops year-round and delight in others' organizing & hosting offerings at Woodland Harvest. Our space can house folks in rustic hostel style quarters, in cabins or tents. We have a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting & gathering spaces. We are particularly interested in sharing our space with children, POC, LBGTQIA & folks who share our beliefs, and with activists in search of respite and furthering their journey on this sacred land. We believe the "each one, teach one" vision to be the way forward as a community, and invite learning, teaching, sharing and growing opportunities on the farmstead.
Please contact us to schedule your group, students, friends, or family to visit the Woodland Harvest Mountain Farm spaces.
